Super Visa for Parents and/or Grandparents
Parents and grandparents can visit their children on Super Visa which enables them to stay for maximum of 60 months without repeated renewal of the visa. The visa allows an access to entry for 10 years in Canada. An application for a super visa requires:
Documentation demonstrating that your child or grandchild in Canada meets a minimum income threshold;
A well written statement from that child or grandchild that he or she will give you financial support
Valid Canadian medical insurance coverage for at least one year
Completion of an immigration medical exams
Business Visa
You may apply for business visa without obtaining a work permit, if you can prove that you wish to pursue business activities in Canada, that fall outside the Canadian Labor market. The parent company remains outside Canada and their primary source of remuneration must also generate outside Canada. To conduct business with Canadian companies, each year a large number of business visitors come to Canada. If you are planning to do a business with Canadian companies, you may qualify for this category.
